Super nice gym, never too busy. The equipment is all well maintained and in good condition. The staff are all really friendly, the favourite part of my day is the wave goodbye. Overall really nice gym to train at!

I like this gym there's good equipment and very clean and everyone is super friendly. The supplements I got here for free I use all the time super helpful. Free body scan made me understand what I need to do, I will continue to use this every week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!:)

Gym was extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. The equipment was very good and was of very high quality. Visiting from Melbourne so if anyone is coming to Christchurch and need a gym. Inception is the place to be!

Very great environment compared to other gyms in chch, wonderful equipment and the personal trainers are awesome to work with. Also a wide range of unique equipment.

Love it here, it is always quiet and has nice staff that greet you at the door every time, and make you feel welcomed, they also have many supplements options for any one to come and try

Awesome gym!! The staff were lovely and really helpful!! The variety of machines was incredible, never too busy to be able to get the workout you want in and no shortage of weights!! If you are in town long or short term it is the gym I would absolutely recommend!

Have been at this gym well over a year now, and i can't say i would ever leave. The staff is super friendly and always willing to have a chat and give advise on any products or exercises. If you like a quiet and friendly gym, i would highly recommend!!
