Great gym with clean facilities, plenty of equipment, and a friendly atmosphere. Staff are helpful, and it never feels overcrowded. Perfect for both beginners and regular gym-goers.

Huge variety of equipment available. Everything was clean, weights were in their place, and there was an abundance of free machines the entire time I was there. Staff are very social, Nick helped me out with my free trial and made me feel super welcome. Facilities are also completely private (i.e. showers and toilets are individual rooms rather than stalls). Huge supplement selection available too.

Exactly what I needed! Inception Gym has the kind of setup that goes beyond your typical commercial gym. Downstairs is loaded with quality plate-loaded gear for serious lifting, and upstairs has all the pin-loaded machines and cardio equipment you could want. Met Nick, the owner, super welcoming and genuinely helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!

Loved training here, quality equipment, good range, heaps of plates, and really clean. The atmosphere is really good and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Facilities are great and the casual prices are decent too. Definitely one of the best gyms in Christchurch.

One of the best and cleanest gyms I have been to in years. Excellent equipment and a wide variety of machines and free weights. The staff is fantastic. Super helpful and informative with any questions. The supplement selection has everything you could need with great prices.

The gym is clean/spacious/well-maintained. It has a wide range of equipment, including free weights, cardio machines, resistance machines. There's always enough equipment available, even during peak hours. The staff are friendly/knowledgeable and supportive.
