Best gym in chch, friendly staff, great equipment, not to busy compared to other gyms. Really good being able to buy supplements in house, saves all the hassle of going to the shops

Best gym in Christchurch that I've personally been too, great atmosphere, great great staff, high quality equipment and generally great patrons who respect each other and respect the gym plus has a supplement shop on site, how good. Gota love inception also showering/bathroom facility's are too notch and hygienic

Inception gym was clearly very well thought out in terms of both how it's laid out & the vibe it portrays. One of the coolest gyms i've been to. There's nothing I can think of to make it any better. I believe this gym is targeted towards people who want to gain strength & size. It's also very clean & tidy which is a plus!

Great workout facility. Lots of room to workout, not nearly as crowded as other local gyms. Staff is very friendly and professional. Clean gym as well! Come along and bring your mates!

Really enjoyed the creatine from inception because of the flavouring. Options vary from pineapple, mango, lemon and lime. The Valor gives a really good pump and lots of energy.

Great gym with a lot of useful equipment, has everything you need in a gym and really recommend for people of all types. Really cool staff to be around aswell, they also have a great supplement range to pick from and kick off your fitness journey.

Super handy location inside inception gym and the staff there are well educated on the products they sell. Good selection of high quality products. Highly recommended the Valor pre workout - mango flavour is great, nice pump and heaps of energy without the crash you get from some pre-workouts.
